I'll tell you about a book which I read.

There is a 12 years old boy whose name is Diego. He will be 13 years old tomorrow in this work. He has a list: Twelve Things to Do at Age 12. It is a list which he have to do until be 13. He promised have to do it with his brother, Paco. He is in harry, because he hasn't done a last thing in a list yet. It is "Help someone not in family."

When he is talking with his brother, a problem happen in his neighbor. It is a neighbor, Emma's puppy run away. Emma Hee Soon are now chasing the puppy from yard to yard. The puppy run into the street near the bus stop. It is very dangerous. Emma ask Diego to help her puppy. He goes to his house, and brings a dog treat. He goes to them with the treat, but they aren't there. He looks down the street - Emma's puppy is running toward the park. Emma and Hee Soon are running, too. Just then, a car is coming. Emma is very upset. The puppy stops running and watches me. The car goes by.It survived for the time being.

The puppy is Emma's early birthday present by Hee Soon. Her birthday is tomorrow. Tomorrow is Diego's birthday, too. He says "Thank you your present, Emma." Hee Soon asks "What present?" Just then, Diego says "Come to my house, and you can see it." They goes to his house.

In Diego's house, he brings and shows his notebook. It is a list: Twelve Things to Do at Age 12. Girls are surprised to watching it. They wants to do next year, too. By the way, Diego will do Thirteen Things to Do at Age 13. They became friends this one, and Emma's puppy's name became treat.

  1. Hi Takahiro,

When you write book reviews, rather than retelling stories, it is better to tell us what you think before, during, and after reading the books. Please leave the story-telling to the authors; tell us: why you chose the book; whether you liked it, and why (not); and for whom you recommend it, and why.

    Cheers, PB
